When the Bears hit the superbowl a few years ago I was super stoked and went way out of my normal price range on a bordeaux that was highly recommended by the "expert" at the store as well as a 96 score from Mr. P. it was a disaster. I preferred the $25 napa Cab that I got for my Indy fan friends while I listened to them talk about the supposed merits of the more expensive wine. "You can really taste the difference!" I was glad to let them have it. I had the better wine and the worse game.
