WOW what a rare treat. Last Dance was recorded first in 1977, it was not released until 1978 when it was included as part of the Thank God It's Friday Soundtrack. Paul Jabara was the writer, and Paul we will never forget you!

Thanks for the posting. This song was from the movie "Thank God It's Friday" released in 1978, and I do believe the music was recorded in 1977. I love this woman and love the song to death!! Thanks again. Peace.

My pleasure... yes, TGIF was released in 1978. Donna, in this concert says: "I've just finished recording..." so probably this is the first time she sings it in public! in fact the "dime-a-dance" part is missing...
