the state of Texas is the only state that is a state via a annually renewable treaty, not by vote. All Texans need to tell their state legislators to not renew this treaty! All states should secede now!

Awesome. I will offer my effort to hold that line in the sand. The reign of terror from this entity called the Federal US Government has met its end. No more will the states be at the whim of the so called Federal Government.

The definition of a "civil war", is where there exists 2 factions fighting for the control of the Central government. The American "civil war" is grossly mis-named. It should have been called the "War of Secession", or "War between the States". For the Southern States merely separated themselves establishing their own capitol at Richmond, Va. I sincerely doubt the same scenario would happen today, as it did then.

Hey, that's what I was getting at: It's a long-established American right that Lincoln squashed. Except I'm not so sure about the last point, unless you mean the ending would be different from that event.

Currently there are about 20 States that have invoked their 10th Amendment Rights. This re-establishes a State's sovereignty above the Federal government encroachments. I sincerely doubt the Federal government would rally the peoples of the remaining states to take up arms against those claiming sovereignty as they did in1862.

I take it you are against the States claiming their sovereignty? The Federal government receives it's "power" from the States, not the other way around. The Founders never intended for the Central Government (Federal), to become the Leviathan it has become in modern times.

there're groups like the Lakota indians, the Dixie in the south, Alaska, Rhode Island, and Texas are meeting to discuss ways to secede from the central government. they're pretty much classified as revolutionists. they are using political process. if that didn't work i'm sure they will use weapons. 2nd amendment is cool.

no wonder the federal government is building large FEMA camps. the FEMA camp is real.
