@GhostFire218 , yep , Fume fx , with TP you can use the "as object" option , the building become a entire mesh , then , object emiter with colision set on "freeflow" , that's all ...

I can honestly say that was phenominal. I mean you have a film quality effect here, im amazed this video hasnt had more hits. Amazing. Seriously. This is the stuff I aspire to make! I'd ask you you to make a tutorial, but theres so many amazing things in this scene I wouldn't know where to begin. Fantastic!
