Pyro: Kung Fu

Soldier: Some sort of military fighting style perhaps

Engineer: Well he needs his wrench to build things. Upgrading his sentry with his hands wouldn't make sense. So no martial art.

Demoman: Drunken Fist

Heavy: Well he already does boxing so yeah

Medic: Not sure

Spy: Maybe he'd do some kind of assassin thing? And instead of backstabbing he'd break their neck or something.

Sniper: Already does karate so yeah
