Only wished the sprint's htc snap was the same as the t-mobile version. The sprint one does not have the same construction, it does not have a trackball, and it has 3g but no wifi. WTF?!

My experience: JUNK

Cheap plastic body but that is good so it is easy to open and pull out battery when it freezes. Also when left in pocket or bag, the sensitive buttons cause it to dial by itself.

THE MOST ANNOYING PART: IT LAGS. Every action you take you have to weight a fraction of a second for the phone to catch up with you.

HTC is the sort of company that doesn't have a core product but just tries to distract the consumer with new products each year hoping you will forget past junk.

I have an HTC Snap ! It's such a nice phone. I downloaded so many Windows Mobile Apps for FREE ! watching movies on this phone is so nice ! just download TCPMP movie player for FREE. and I can use any Instant Messaging like Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger on this phone with an app called Slick. ;-) oh and I can also use Skype on this phone too. It's such a nice phone.

My husband purchased one for his home business and I'm impressed.

If this reviewer can't work out how to use the personalisation settings then he shouldn't be reviewing (it does have them and I found them straightforward).

i know that a lot of people say that this is a wannabe blackberry ohone, and it kinda is, but for people like me, its kinda convinient for e few reasons:

- blackberry does not come on my norwegian operator

-id rather loose a snap the a blackberry

-i dont really need a blackberry, for me, a snap is fine

-and the last one, i dont have the money for a blackberry

You can buy blackberry now @ Elprice with Norwegian operator either Netcom, chess or Telefnor . Not very much different price with HTC . But I like HTC betther than Blackberry too
