ok well this s how you do it!........

take the section of your hair and tease three IN. high in your hair and then when you put the bumpit in wiggle it in your hair it works really well and if you are gonna do the double bump with the hollywood and meduim only take one section of your hair nd place the meduim in and the right behind it place the hollywood! it works great!

i actually have the bump it and my friend does too and it works great!!... we love it and idk whats wrong with u cuz it not even hard!!.... lol read the instruction....
