So, I have read other comments about a "fireworks" mode on this camera...does anyone know of other digital camcorders with a fireworks mode or is this the only one?
This is absolutely stunning! Really nice darks, and nice bright colors!
Check out the two I just posted using the HF20. One's fireworks and the other's a Disney light parade, both at night (obviously). Maybe you can give me some tips on editing and color treating. They came out really nice, but it never hurts to know more!
Hey how the heck did you remove the noise? I got the european version of this and i don't have 60i, i got 50i and 25p, what should I use to get the least amount of noise? And should i crush the contrast a lot with the color settings or keep it at normal? X.V Color on or off? :)
@suicidecrew Hi I'm the same user as TeamOFVEGaming, the cinema mode doesn't remove the noise, it just makes the noise black and white instead of colored + it darkens the image. Any other tips? :)
Very amazing, I have the Canon HF200 to, but didn't knew he could do this! But I've an question: Why did you use Cinema Mode instead of the Firework mode?
does this camera also have a night vision mode? ( the green light idea ) can't find a video on youtube showing it and spec said it should have one but im doubting whether its really night vision or just the low light you are using
@amb1s1 Cinema mod is good, you get nearly no noise but the problem is that you have to film something quite bright, if you are filming the sky at sunset its quite often too dark to film in cinema mode...
Congratulations for your work. Amazing video. The camera st was Low Light (as title) or Fireworks? How do you get no ghosts rendering in vegas? Do you render using 29,97fps? As progressive scan? Im asking cause i will be in Rio de Janeiro-Brazil on reveillon, and i want to record the midnight fireworks.
WOW, way better in HD. lol

don't you think that it's a bit cheaky that they called it cinema mode? i mean it doesn't exactly discourage the whole piracy thing.

@arobson131 Ok thanks mate:) I will consider buying this. Do you think the mic is good? does it take clear sound from distance?
wtfapi 2 years ago
its alright, not too bad, average i would say, I rarely use it for the mic anyway, I just stick my own music over the top :)
