Sorry, that particular track is available only with the course. Hypnobabies has several other tracks for pregnancy available to purchase individually on their website and you can also find a couple free introductory tracks online.

@happydude4493 I know if you buy the Hypnobirthing book it comes with a CD for learning self hypnosis for birth. I have it, it was about 30$ i think.

I've just completed the hypnobabies instructor course and will use it for my own birth in October. I LOVE how your partner bends down and start the peace cues...so tender to see you both together. You are really doing a great job!!
