  • yeah that's how it happened...fail.

  • Am I the only one who's crying every single time I watch this?

  • The music in this short sounds like the one used in graduation ceremonies.

  • 2:21 That's why the unicorns and dragons don't exist today...incredible wonderful animation !

  • @alex9920iasi There was a griffin in that shot as well. Noah's Ark took place in Biblical Times.

  • it rained in 490 days after god had drunk the whole world, donald was on that ship for at least 40 days, HOW could he seriously miss that daisy was with him?

  • how the heck have donald survived all these years of torture and pain? i seriously cant understand it

  • leuk;-)

  • Donald Duck takes orders from Noah...

and Noah takes orders from God Himself.

  • 2:18 Donald realizes that when evolution happened he got lucky lol

  • Het bijbel verhaal word wel goed uitgelegt!!!

  • Zo cool

  • poor donald 4:50 :(

  • 0:41 Colonel Hathi and Winifred cameo ! :D

  • I love this!! :)

  • lold at the penguins with sunglasses.

  • 5:08 is awesome.

  • why would people dislike this , one of donald's best appearences

  • Been a while since I've seen this one, has to be a favorite of mine.

  • I just LOVE 0:29 - 0:32 when the wolves are about to eat the bunny but, then, "No time! We have to get to the Ark!"

  • Yes, Christianity, all the world's science and knowledge could not fathom the ultimate knowledge of the belief that all the animals in the world lived within walking distance of Noah's arc.

  • @sabertoothbeast Well (according to the Bible), it took Noah over 120 years to build the ark which would have given the animals plenty of time to get there (the Bible says that God lead them there). Noah only needed one pair of ever "kind" which meant he didn't need all of them (for example: just like the major families of canids and no others). And considering that Peleg (one of Noah's descendants Gen.10:25) is the first record of Pangea, the earth was still a super continent before the flood.

  • @Mosh4Yesh777 So you're telling me good sir, that Noah lived to be over 120yrs old???? It's scientifically proven that people lived to a max age of like 40yrs old back when...and today we can't even hit that hight yet! So.....yeah, can't take a joke? Well your stupid comment just got thrown back to you.

  • @sabertoothbeast Sure, I can take a joke, And yes, the Bible claims (not me) that Noah lived to be extremely old (some think due to an environment and climate that was drastically different from ours) and that people aged much slower. Not sure what you mean that "we can't even hit that height yet" so I won't go into it. It just seemed that your comment warranted an explanation, so I thought I'd give you the one held by most believers. I meant no offense to you, "good sir."

  • @Mosh4Yesh777

Let's just put all of this in perspective. The bible may be right and I don't doubt that every single chapter carries some truth, but we must not forget that we will never get a full image of that truth without understanding the mindset of the peoples it was originally written for.

That said, every culture experienced their own flood, which destroyed the world as they knew it, and every culture had a Noah who would save them and preserve their legacy.

  • @BTIsaac I sorta agree there. But, yeah. Nearly every culture has some sort of flood story. To me as an archaeological anthropologist (going for BA at the moment), that demonstrates consistency. If most of the world is telling the same exact story, they are either telling the truth about what happened or they are reitterating an actual event in terms of their own people when the actual people involved might have been a different race altogether.

  • @sabertoothbeast

Oh what's the matter? You need to show up on a beautiful disney video to show off how smart you are for being an atheist? You must be a very lonely man indeed. But don't worry. God loves you anyway.

  • @BTIsaac hahahaha, not atheist....I just don't believe in your Hebrew/Christian/Jahova's Witness God....nor do i worship satan so don't use satanism on me. Oh...one more thing...Isn't it a sin to gloat, hence Pride? Get on your knees and pray to your impotent god for mercy.

  • @sabertoothbeast

    1) Where did I mention Satan?

    2) What did I say that could count as gloating?

Why do I have the feeling you don't even read the posts you reply to?

  • @BTIsaac 1) You never mentioned Satanism, but it's called covering my bases you idiot.

    2) Your whole posts are gloating for the fact you are trying to show me up, trying to have the upper hand in this all. You didn't have to post, no one forced your hand in this. My post was 3 months ago dude, it's long done and over with, you're fighting a skeleton of an idea of a long dead opponent that's been slain, so relax, look at the post dates, and shut the F*ck up. :)

  • @sabertoothbeast

Same goes to you. Nobody forced you to make the original post, or to react to my replies, but for some reason you did.

  • @BTIsaac OMG fuck head, you're beating a dead horse, shush and move on. YOU don't read posts fully you idiot.

  • @sabertoothbeast

    Is there a problem?

  • 2:17 Donald's reaction to the fact that there are non-anthropomorphic ducks.

  • Oh my gosh, it's Colonel Hathi and Winifred at 0:41!

  • Thums up if you think Goofy shold be In Fantasia 3 if they make a third one?

  • The only problem with this is that its a bible story.

  • and so they arrived to Great Britain :D "land of hope and glory"

  • 5:38 till the end is my FAV!

  • Geniales Taktgefühl... harmonisch perfekt.

  • you please tell me someone like all the music in the movie is called please?

  • What's beautiful about this video is because it doesn't try to be funny, like the other crazy Donald stories around year 2000. Oh, true, there are a few visual jokes, like when Donald got stomped by elephants, but the main story itself isn't exaggerating. It's just a couple who thought each other was dead, until they were 'accidentally' reunited again at the end of the disaster. Its lack of verbal voice makes it all better. There's no need for words here; just let the story flows.

  • Remember: Amatuer's built the Ark. Proffessionals built the Titanic.

  • 4:58 Simba and Nala are Cameod

  • The Unicorns didn't make it... :(

  • sweetly and funny

  • It's funny how the dragon, unicorn and griffin ignore the ark. Lol.

  • The music made me bounce

  • je kiiiiiiiiiiiif !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I like that all of the mythical creatures are laughing while the Ark is being loaded up XD

  • I, as a thoroughbred nonbeliever liked everything, the nice fairy tale, the love story, the artwork and most of all the music.

  • 2:17 donal se espanta cuando ver ya que los patos que subieran al arca no son el y daisy

  • From what I heard, you can spot Mickey and Minnie Mouse at 3:39 but they are way to small to see...

  • @maciekur You are right. They are super tiny, but I am pretty sure they are on the far right. If you maximize the screen, you can kind of see one of their mouse ears.

  • this is frickin HILARIOUS!!!

  • beautiful cartoon

  • Was the image of Noah supposed to be God? I think that may be the only thing about this that confuses me.

  • beautiful, who dares to dislike this?!

  • beautiful, who dares to dislike this?!

  • @TheKeybladeWielder96

Why the Atheists of course. With their superior intellect, they see through Disney's devious plot to indoctrinate our children into Christianity through methods most vile and despicable.

  • Didn't fail to notice the lions were the first out lol

  • @Remousamavi : there are many, many more things to notice when you watch this video about 60 times (like I did ;)). Thanks for pointing out the lions, I didn't notice uptil now.

  • This is why I love classical music. Could you see Miley Cyrus or Justin Bieber's music for this? No. But classical music can be molded. :)

  • @MsToughcookies

"Pomp and circumstance" and "Aida" for the classical win!

  • Press " 8 " by the way, for instant comedy :D

  • What is up with the fairy tales characters laughing ??

  • @johananas They think the other animals are overreacting...and they were apparently wiped out.

  • @johananas

The cartoon was explaining why we don't see Dragons, Unicorns and Griffins anymore. They thought the idea of going on the ark was silly and were thus wiped out when the waters rose.

  • @johananas

  • Where is Macho Man Randy Savage?

  • lol donald was butt ass naked

  • hahaha graduation song xD

  • Fantasia 2000

  • nice, so dramaticly

  • i think i know why there are no griffins, dragons, or unicorns today

they didnt get on noahs ark

  • What is song in 2:08 ?????

  • @daehanfrance It's all Pomp and Circumstance, 2:08 is just the main melody. You normally hear it at graduations.

  • snik snik zo beadefull

  • such a happy ending

  • Yeah I remember watching this as a kid... I like how they had fire breathing dragons laughing at the scene lol

  • @Remousamavi And the Unicorn too. it reminds me of the Irish Rovers The unicorn Song

  • @cripplious I have that song on my iPod too lol

  • Ahh sorry for commmenting so much, but I just noticed 4:07- the penguin couple are enjoying the sun xD

  • Oh man it's soooo hard for me to choose if I like this better or Mickey in The Sorceror's Apprentice....both have amazing animation, timeless stories, and classic music. I want both on my Mp3 player and I might use up power watching them both over and over lol

  • It's time people know that it is not called Graduation March, but Pomp & Circumstance March by Elgar.

  • Still my all time youtube-favorite ;-).

  • 2:32 - 2:34 Oh no! Mickey and Minnie almost got pwned by the elephant!

  • Wait I just thoght of something: If Donald/Noah is a duck, why does he need to gather two ducks? He can just count himself and Daisy as the two ducks.

  • @GoldenCenturion Dude,I am a mathematician too, seriously, but you don't have to explain everything logically for it to be understood!!!

  • @GoldenCenturion That'd remove ducks that can actually fly from existence...

  • mooi filmpje!

    grappig om naar te kijken!

  • bellissimo

  • Lol, God gonna get so pissed when he finds out the crabs surivived the flood.

  • Lol my favorate part is the dragon, unicorn and chimera laughing at the flood.

  • OK: As long as you don`t forget that it`s fantasy.

  • he thinks she is dead

  • This terrific short brought three classic elements back to life, in one excellent adaptation: the Pomp and Circumstance symphony, the age-old Noah's Ark story from the Bible, and, of course, our beloved Donald Duck!!

  • The music brings me back to my high school graduation.

  • LOL at 2:15

  • What did the kangaroos do when they got to the Ocean?

  • fantasia is great! It's taken from Fantasia 2000 :-)

  • At 0:42 are the elephants from the Jungle Book, hehee!

  • So this is where "Macho Man" Randy Savage got his entrance theme from. IDK. I'm guessing.

  • 2:28

  • i love this i have never seen it before!!!

  • will use in my sunday school class

  • whats with the laughing unicorn, dragon, and griffon? Is that suppose to mean something? Just wondering.

  • They think it's stupid to go on the ark. They're laughing at the Noah for being a 'wimp'. They don't think the flood is coming.

  • i guess the deeper meaning is that they didnt want to go on the ark, and thats why they dont exist any more today.

  • @Enyamane because they laugh at those going in the ark, they died in the flood later. So that's why there aren't any unicorns, dragons and griffins around (anymore). I love that part next to when Donald sees the normal ducks. ;)

  • That was just lovely! Thanks for uploading this!

  • It's elgar, and it's actually one of Britains anthems, I don't know why the americans stole it for their graduation music!!! It's says "land of hope and glory....."

  • It's a tradition that started at Yale in 1905 when Elgar was given an honorary Doctorate of Music. The song played during the recessional and for some reason the rest of the country adopted it for the ceremony.

  • adorable, it's nice to see they still use the classic characters. Donald is such a big part of my growing up I love him!!

  • So much for all the criticism of more recent Disney animations. This one is just wonderful. Very cute, but never cheesy, and done with an astonishing degree of perfectionism, as ever. With all those animals, it particularly reminds me of the Lion King.

Btw Burtonfan, in case you might wonder: the music is the Pomp & Circumstance marches by Edward Elgar.

  • Daisy must be very ignorant. But then again, it's Disney. They like to make characters ignorant.

  • Memries, sweet memries..

  • I just love this. Aww bunnies.

  • at 3:06 thats company of heroes opposing fronts music

  • i love this so much! ^_^ i love the way the rabbits have all those babies when they are getting off the ark. LOL!

  • walt would've been proud if he saw this. Hopefully there will be another Fantasia with a goofy short

  • Amazing

  • la ternura de Disney es ÚNICA

  • 4:08- penguins on beach chairs wearing sunglasses. lol

  • Donald you're just too awesome! Btw, he was a helper of Noah; you see Noah in the beginning with the long beard.

  • LOL @ 2:17-2:19 and 5:07-5:11.

  • aw!! the whole time i was just screaming "FIND DONALD/DAISY!!!!"

and then they did, and it was so cute!!! :D

i love the part with the rabbits! haha!

  • Sure wish Disney had put Donald somewhere in the original Fantasia. Mind you, part of the reason he used Mickey as the Sorcerer's apprentice was to reboost the mouse's popularity because Donald was getting more popular than Mickey.

  • Wow,

This is a really nice animation =)

  • People please you don't need to believe the bible to enjoy the story

  • @argetfalcon So true!!! Who wouldn't enjoy a story about millions of people (men, women, children, infants, elderly, blind, deaf, sick, hungry, frightened, ignorant) and millions of animals being slowly drowned by a capricious, vengeful, sky-daddy that supposedly loves all of his creation. My heart swells with joy just thinking about it.

  • I love how the two normal ducks walk past Donald and he watches with a look that says, "What the...?"

  • @folklore19 think thats how Noah reacted to chimpanzees?

  • what an amazing video!!! wow, its just fantastic.. love is wonderful when you find the right person!!

  • beautiful. I love it when Daisy and Donald find each other at the end..

    cute!!!

  • This was great! I haven't seen it in awhile. Thanks for uploading this! :)

  • Pharisee, relax, it's just a cartoon. We should be happy about the fact that a pretty much right on Noah's ark cartoon was made by disney, the only thing missing here is Noah's family. Just the detail in it pretty much shows that whoever came up with the concept is a bible reader/studier. I exhort you to be a good witness and appreciate the fact that the bible is at least getting out there instead of discouraging it. Instead of calling someone out, pull the plank out of your own eye.

  • it's funny because it's true LOL!!!1!11

  • Uh, I don't know if you noticed, but you definitely see humans in there, and I assume it was Noah who rubbed Donald's head on the way out of the ark. They just put Donald in as Noah's assistant or something.

  • wtf lol

  • How wonderful is this story! I love it!

  • I love that scene...

  • that's so cute!!!

  • Does anyone know which cartoon is the one where he wins a car (a roadster I think) and his nephews blow up the tyres so much that the car floats away

  • Its called "Lucky Numbers". Its on here.

  • This is the most beautiful story I ever seen! I really love that! *sigh* :'>

  • On what day did god create Donald Duck? XD

This was a well done animated short. After it's over, though, you don't want to think about all the incest that's gonna happen.

  • are the animals graduating or are they boarding an ark

  • I don't know... but since it's only two of every animal, why are there TWO pairs of ducks?!

  • Um........because today's ducks couldn't have come from Donald and Daisy and vice versa? :D

(Good question, actually........ But then again, since when have mice been the same size as ducks and since when have mice kept dogs for pets? XD)

  • gee the poor old polar bear had a long way to walk not to mention the kangaroo and the three toed sloth!!

  • Quality, pencil animation along with the CAPS system before disney decided to go CG!

  • Must love the disney humour...

    - Donald when a pair of ducks walk by into the arc

    - Dragons and unicorns laughing their asses about the other animals going on the arc.

  • Aww... cute n_n I love Donald. This is my fave part of Fantasia 2000.

  • But he also said: "In view of such harmony in the cosmos which I, with my limited human mind, am able to recognize, there are yet people who say there is no God. But what really makes me angry is that they quote me for the support of such views."

He didn't believe in a personal God (because he didn't understand that the human moral imperfections were not a mistake but a test), but he did think there existed some kind of superior power. Anyway, Einstein was human and couldn't know everything...

  • President Robert Mugabe said today "only God" can remove him from office, as Zimbabwe's opposition considered pulling out of next week's runoff election amid escalating violence.

  • I must say politics isn't my thing at all, but if Mugabe is the dictator I read he is, I do hope God will "take his power away from him", as he says himself. But if he was so sure that God is with him, he wouldn't feel the need to defend his position so much. I hate the hypocrisy of those leaders who use God's name for their own purposes (maybe to sound more intimidating?) while they do the complete opposite of what they pretend to believe in...

  • God doesnt test, he proves! and we fail or pass. the devil will test...yes

  • No sweetie am laughing about what I said about charles darwin monkey believing self to me it sounded kind of funny the way I said this sentence. I'm not laughing about other people going to hell that is actually really sad. You get me 78erflowri? Ok peoples bye. PS this video rocks! God bless...

  • I like when Donald see's the two ducks go by him. He's like: WTF?

  • 2 cuute
