  • good tutorial but unfortunatly I couldn't concentrate because of the makers accent, I couldn't stop thinking about how nice it would be to squeeze his neck

  • Perfect, thank you very much!!

  • what were your settings for vray?

  • Hey nice video I have watched it several time. One side question is I noticed you have a lot of tools on your tool bar and was wondering if you could perhaps do a tutorial on what they all are and how you can get them. I know some are stock in Sketchup, some are plug-ins you can get free from some websites out there and others are from rendering programs that cost $. So a real simple tutorial on that would be cool. Thanks much!

  • sketchup bugsplats everytime i import the cloth texture. whyyyy? :(

  • Thank you for the lovely Vray Sketchup tutorial! I learn many things, and even some things about layers in photoshop!! <3

  • faz um tutorial em português, por favor :)

  • Do you need the pro version of ketchup for this ?

  • @TheShaikh1991 No you do not need Pro Sketchup. But you do need V-Ray For Sketchup. It's a very expensive plugin you can buy. Sadly it's not free. :(

  • here's a tip make components of your Architecture like the ceiling and use the "hide" function instead of moving it o the right.

  • @Anotherblackseason I saw him use the hide function in the video. I'm not sure why he chose to move the whole roof. That was weird lol.

  • Thank you Brother !

  • Thank you for the tutorial! I have Vray for Sketchup version 1.49.01. My problem is that it doesn't show me the render time when the image is finished rendering. In your tutorial in the minute 0:06:09 you show us the render time in the bottom of the image. Any suggestions so I can see that information, too?

  • E o sotaque brasileiro? haha

    brazillian accent ftw

  • i think you should first learn to talk ENGLISH before you make a tutorial on english language. and concentrate on explaining one thing not everything you know. oh and yeah, tutorials should be short and clear, not documentaries.

  • @zgembafa is not his fault you cant understand other accents, u should respect peaple!!

  • @zgembafa perhaps you should polish your English too, especially if you decide to criticize others. It's 'tutorial IN English' not 'ON English'.

  • Just amazing....... I didn't know that there was a V-Ray for sketchUp.

  • thank you for the tieps

    settings render are:

    image sampler: adaptative DMC

primary bounces: irrandiace map: min rate: -3; max rate: 0, sph subdivision: 50; samples: 20

  • Vray rendered amazing watches!

    youtube.com/watch?v=TD-iaMpqOZY

  • You'd have a hard time to find wood with a perpendicular texture. It would have been better just to rotate the map by 90° :) Furthermore there are plenty of pictures of wooden floors on the web covering a few dozen square meters. You are always better off by making your own textures.

  • hey Andeciuala, when you are moving the panorama up so that its horizon matches the scene horizon, you clicked and moved multiple times small amounts (because you were using as a surface the wall, while the panorama was much bigger.

wouldnt it be easier to, when moving, type a larger value (lets say, 2/3 meters)?
