Both Gundam SEED and DESTINY are good anime, good Gundam series especially explaining about wars and political conflicts.

But I just don't understand why is every opening consists of characters in bare skins i.e. nudity. Really, although the animes are meant for adults, but because of such scenes, media will consider of airing them. The place I stayed got some parts of the openings omitted due to censorship...

I think its because of the fact that seed and destiny are EXACTLY like the original gundam and ZETA. well, seed wasn't completely following it, but it shares a couple of elements. I have not watch ZETA but most people says that Destiny is exactly like ZETA.

00 however, I think its just a Wing remake that is more realistic(about the wars and their reason of fighting) and better fight scenes and graphics

I think gundam 00 is much better than gundam seed, the plot is deeper, character development is much more emphasized and the cruel reality of the world is shown in gundam 00, it also has some fantasy feel in it. the characters are not that stereotypical and they are rather unique.

thanks for the +1 although somebody gave me a -1, so back to 0. :D Well I tried to base my comparison in a fair way. Although Gundam SEED had better mobile suit models than Gundam 00.

The only thing I hate about Gundam SEED is that of the laziness of the production staff by using repeated frames in battle scenes.

With no doubt, Gundam SEED is also a good anime and it's the first one to take a more mature perspective of the Gundam franchise. It's just that Gundam 00 probed deeper into it.

I'd be surprised to see a character with a deep personality in a Gundam series lol.

I can't disagree with that fact about the characters but at least the plot itself was more than interesting since its the first time the Gundam series took up a mature setting. Gundam 00's characters are quite deep though, especially that Setsuna who is actually a the first pure-breed-innovator. (just for people who might be reading this comment, Innovators are the Gundam SEED's counterparts for the Coordinators, however pure innovators aren't artificial they're the next for of evolution)

Two things guys 1. Destiny was repairable and freedom was in just as bad shape at the endo of season 1 yet was fully repaired. 2. Just cause Kira, Athrun, and Shin are together doesn't mean they can't be spilt up AGAIN! There will be a movie and we are all hoping fopr a 3rd season and it may happen depending on Gundam 00 ratings! In the meantime enjoy this series because it is in my opinion the best on e yet!
