Now to the Mrnickster500, he never agreed with you he simpled explained that a high performance motor is not going to last the same life span as a cruiser. Street bike motors can last 100,000 even with the piss ridden outta them. Like he did say though, it's how you maintain the bike which will have the greatest effect on the lifespan.
@crshtst1 There's a reason for that...see, this thing called horsepower that is produced from a tight-spec engine creates tolerances made to rev at high rpms...this creates a downfall in the engine life. That's why Harley engines "last" longer...sloppy engines that don't create power.
And what I'm saying is that streetbike motors are designed to abuse (high revving all the time) which in that case means they don't last as long. Plus, I would suggest a majority of streetbike owners are younger, which means they need to learn to care for their bike, like letting it warm before revving the piss out of it. I just suggest your bike isn't necessarily better because you maybe got 45,000 miles, just that ours aren't shit because they last less and goldwings have gotten 250000 miles
@MrNickster500 No, there are plenty of the higher revving bikes with over 80k and ive seen younger "kids" work on bikes like they've been doing it forever, you'd be suprised.

Currently have 45,000 and counting, stock sprockets! Don't believe me, look at my videos and look at my miles on the gauge. Hope you feel stupid!

@corey11772 Well I hope you feel dumb cause by stock sprockets I meant, I haven't changed the tooth count on the front or rear sprockets. BTW if you'd looked at my channel you would have seen my videos and wouldn't have made your ridiculous comment! For your info I've change my STEEL sprockets at least 4, but I think 5 times.
