How to get the best keywords from Google

Thanks for this video! It helped me to get more ideas on what kind of keywords I need. But in result I have six times more keywords than I started with :)

What would be the best way to implement them into web page? Just write content with all keywords included?

@KarlisBlums I would divide them up and create different websites/blogs that are related to each other, using the keyphrases that you've found to be relevant.

But when I look at the international google (through scroogle), I see your result on 10th place. Is it easy to get knocked off the first place and can you afterwards find out why?
