As someone who worked on local radio for almost 40 years----including loose Morning shows like thiers---I say they are BOTH responsible and should share the blame. At every station I and my partner were ever at, someone always had a bottle of water or soda open near the boards.......................j­ust going by MY OWN EXPERIENCES.

I used to work for Nielsen and we would cover the radio. This was one of the shows we covered. Let me tell you, and this doesn't affect the case, that there were times when Carolina got recorded when she didn't realize it and she is a rotten nasty person when she's not in character. "Diva" was an accurate description.

Though ultimately he is responsible I think it's absurd and very telling of who she is that she would use this as a chance to get an entirely brand new computer.
