I remember I bought a 7" record of this single version back at a local music store sometime in 1988 when they(DM)were on their "Music For the Masses" world tour.

LOVED THIS 12 INCH VERSION. I had it on vinyl and still have it, matter of fact! :-) Instead of all the high hat & tempo beats, why doesn't Depeche Mode re-release it and remix it with darker underground sounds & even trance? That would make the words to Behind the Wheel sound even sexier! MAN! AN AWESOME SONG STILL!!! Also, waiting for the night to fall should be done the same way. Loved the original and even loved the rabbit and moon remix.
