@samplaya21, I'm not a dumb ass I'm a redneck if i had a jeep wrangler i would use that but i don't so i make due with what i have, or if i had the money i would put the highest lift a crown vic cant take and put muddin tires on it, after i put a 4 wheel conversion kit, with a 329ci engine
4:01 - 4:06 how come I see alot of 4x4s have that issue? even the non crossover suv's, the truck based ones too. does everyone lie about the 4x4 or am I just not getting how 4x4 works. I'd figure the front tires should be accelerating since the back one had no hold over the ditch.
@strapinhotpockets you have to understand how a differential works. its kinda like a gocart only 1 tire is spinning in a limited slip/open differential. u do a burnout the tire with the least amount of traction spins. the only ways to correct this is with a locker, welding the gears, or a spool. personally the gm 7.5 like this blazer isnt worth putting a locker in. the 8.5 is ok but dont use anything bigger than 35s for occasional wheeling. problems will ensue

Hey, I just wanted to add my 2 cents. I got a 98 Blazer 4 door 4X4 LS. I love it, but let's just say, and I met you or some people here can say from experience, when something goes on those things, it's not just the one thing, it's 1/2 the car, lol. I've had my Blazer now for about 3 months, and I've had to replace a door pin, oil coolant lines and just today, plugs and wires. That's a little over $600 so far. But, living in Central New York, I need a car like that.
