@selfhelp4yournerves I know, can you even imagine? That would have been magical. There's a documentary called Festival Express, which focuses on a tour with Janis and the Dead, Buddy Guy, and others. It's really cool to see footage of these brilliant musicians hanging out, strumming guitar, talking, whatever. It's a must see for music lovers. I'm more of a rocker than a hippie, but it was still very good.

When I first heard the song, I couldn't stop the tears. I wanted to thank him with my whole heart for speaking so beautifuly the words I could never seems to find and put together. I listened to it after I had to go separate ways, with someone whom I loved dearly. The song's story and emotion struck me, it was just so close to my heart. Maybe he'll read this. Leonard or Him, who has gone his way.

The msot beautiful, deep and poignant rendition of this song I've ever headr Leonard do. I've seen him live several times back in the day, Wish I could catch him on his current tour. His career spans what, 5 decades now. I'm the product of that affair in the Chelsea Hotel. Just kidding, but that's my own personal urban legend. In my soul I feel he's my papa and she's my mama.

RIP sweet Janis, and Leonard don't leave us anytime soon!
