Very good video my friend. This looks like a Doppler radar. A Doppler radar is a specialized radar that makes use of the doppler effect to produce velocity data about objects at a distance. Ahh That's SBX platform to protect the USA territory I've worked in that platform. Its part of our defense. If you google SBX you'll find out what it is. Its amazing I can see it in the water again. If I am not Wrong there's about 7 of this platforms around the the pacific, Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic coast. Is one of Ronald Reagan's project defense system. That is the Ladar rig that they use in conjunction with haarp. I may have the title wrong but this is just like what they moved from New Orlenes before Katrina to go sit off shore next to HAARP in Alaska, or some close facsimily of that sort of senario.
