It´s the MT bonus of the Mini Beast. Rosa and B.Daisy both get +3
the speed difference of b.daisy/MB and Rosa/FF is 5, so not much of a problem. the problem is FF´s ability to get MT´s easier due to it´s low handling/drift.
Rosalina has +1 speed handling and mini turbo compared to baby daisy +2 speed and +2 weight (not necessary) and also has +1 mini turbo but rosalina has a faster kart which gives them that difference.
