Of course this is Thomas Bangalter, the track can be found on his vinyl "Trax on da rocks v2") so it would be kind of strange if it wasn't made by Thomas. To me this is his best track and Music Sound Better With U is just one boring mainstream track :-( Go and listen to some pop music instead
