  • looks like it would loose it's traction after about half a mile but whatever

  • @Brent6434 mine held up great :)

  • I'd be more interested if it looked more durable. I generally put 100 miles a week in my shoe, and while this does look pretty interesting, I don't see just how this would fare in my workouts. Be a shame if I bought them and only a month later they'd be falling apart.

  • Not to sound like an asshole but when I am being "sold" a running shoe the person doing the selling should probably look like a runner.

  • @OwlNeckHarbor the only place this guy's running to is the fridge or maybe the local dominos

  • @OwlNeckHarbor You have no idea who this person is. For all you know he could be an ex-international champion who picked up a career ending injury. I work in the industry, had a meeting with a now over weight rep last week - guess what, his u23 records set in 1989 are still inside the top 5 all time. Don't judge a book by its cover. Or, he could just work in the marketing department...

  • i got these they r great

  • I am using them for kayaking. They are snug enough to stay put when wet, the sole protects my feet when I'm carrying my boat over stones and gravel, and they dry fast. Don't know how long they'll last, but for this season they're a hit!!

  • What would you say about using these as racing flats for cross country?

  • @Wimshicle These are extremely light, Saucony claims they are 4.4 ounces each, much lighter than their 6.7 ounce Kilkenny spikes. I own both and I prefer the spikes on any surface that requires extra grip (I usually leave the spikes out if there is any gravel or pavement) like wet grass and muddy trails. But the Hattori is much better on surfaces where grip is not important like pavement, dry grass, and easy trails. I would recommend these shoes especially if you do a lot road road races.

  • More cushioning? Who the hell where they talking to? A minimalist runner would never ask for more cushioning. This guys doesn't know what he's talking about. Even if he's reading off a script, you couldn't pay me enough to make a fool of myself like that.

  • What is this compared to say my pair of Five Fingers?

  • whats this nonsense about more cushioning?

i dont recall minimalists ever mentioning that

  • its already for sale online

  • Sounds Hot. More info please, and release date?

  • @makphotography Fall 2011

  • @ThatOneGuy1027 , the release date is actually may 2, 2011, this guy doesn't know what he's talkin about

  • @gorebel :D how bout the kinvara 2?

  • @ThatOneGuy1027 i have no clue..... dont really care about them

  • when are these supposed to be released

  • I bet they wont lastlong

  • can't wait for these

  • Comment removed
