ther is a hammer bro in world two. kill him to get a hammer. go all the way to the top and all the way to the right of the map. use the hammer to find a hidden area. there will be a toad house. i think it only gives u frog suit. there will be a fire bro. go and fight him and you will get a flute that can send you to worlds 5-7.

Yea... Whenever I use the whistle in the first world it gives me the possibility of going to the second, third, or fourth worlds. If you use it again, you can go to the fifth, sixth, or seventh worlds. The third one gets you to world eight.

But even if this was tool assisted and/or hacked, it was still a pretty great display.
