growling is ambient, without melody and closer to percussion than anything else.

the point is to add wrath and intensity into the music.

trust me bands like Gutteral Secrete and Nile, Death...they need death metal vocals. would sound sooooo fucking terrible with clean singing. like a random cluster fuck that make no sense.
