yes it was realsed out in 1996 for australia, 1997 for the US and 2003 for the UK.

Thank you for uploading the original Australian version! I'm British but I had the original on video as a kid. I didn't realise it had been dubbed in English and Ameircan accents. No idea why, it's not like it's a different language.
