Kobe is a beatiful town. Mountain,sea, shrine, Foreign town, China town and Luminarie. Luminarie is big light up festival which say a prayer to victims of 1995 Kobe grand earthquake. It's held on 1st Dec. to 12th Dec. It's extreamly beautiful!
