  • Hey Vivek, love your humour. Will be in Hong Kong on 9th Dec onwards. Will you be doing any gig then?

  • I love that over 60,000 people watched this.. and only 66 like it.

  • yeah originally i think it was white ppl, but now it just means ppl who are non chinese. thats not racist- its just a term

  • you are na idiot. gui lo means white. not non-chinese. If you understand canto, learn it. You think chinese are racist? white people are even more racist dumbass. why dont you go suck on a white cock.

  • pretty funny, just getting on stage would be tough i think

you could enter this into one of those online comedy contests, like yobi laugh

  • now this is funny lol

  • PUHAHAHAHAHAHA

    this is wicked XD

  • LoL, I just showed your videos to my parents and my dad thinks you are hilarious. My mom made a face, probably b/c she also pronounces it "accuse me."

Also, I thought "ah cha" referred to dark people, not just Indian. I'm ABC so the usage may have mutated a bit. My aunt refers to her son's Brazilian friend as "cha jai" but he is very obviously not Indian.

  • Ahah well i suppose it works for people with relatively darker skin, like roasted sorta thing. Ahaha, and "accuse me" still happens to me till this day :P Now I just giggle when I hear this, cos it's just so true and so funny to me :D

  • ah cha refers to people from india, pakistan, middle eastern where as dark skin ,eg african - americans are called hak-gwei

  • Nah, I've never ever gone to the US:P I just speak English with my family and watched a lot of English TV...

  • ohh yeah accuse me please XDD

  • haha that was HILARIOUS!!!HOT!!

  • hahahahaha!

    that was hilarious!

are you going to do shows in Macau or HK this summer?

  • I do shows all the time, in fact if you're in HK now, you can pop by the comedy club this Saturday (19 April 2008) for our College Comedy night :).

  • well I'm in the US right now, but I'm going back to Macau this summer!

I would love to see your show some time!

  • hahahahaha!

    that was hilarious!

are you going to do shows in Macau or HK this summer?

  • actually.. I should be the one figuring out when i go to hong kong... YOU live in HK lol.

  • dude... I watched a few of the takeout comedy performances...I watched your chink one and i don't understand... why didn't you win?!!?

I'm ABC (Australian born chink) and i speak perfect canto AND mando! now i just gotta figure when you're in HK doing a show XD

  • I won the Chinese category.

And yep, Hong Kong is my home! :D

  • ... knew i shouldn't rely solely on what they write in the "about this vid" snippets and make my own conclusions!!

Anyway, belated congrats for that part! And for the "Accuse me" vid, you're about to make it big with Sydney siders! =D

  • Ahaha thanks! Really happy people all over the world are appreciating and enjoying my sense of humor! :D

Thanks for spreading the laughter! :)

  • LAWL! Ur the second best brown comedian i've ever seen.. haha I'm pretty sure you've heard of Russel Peters, rite? but anyways, ur pretty sick =) lookin forward to more of ur stuff

  • Ahaha yep, I've seen Russell Peters' works :) Love his stuff, one of my inspirations! :D

  • Vivek , u know what, i never c a kind of person like u in Canada. i feel so bad that why i never meet u when i was living in HK.

i think u can knock down most standup comedy star in HK. if u hold up a standup comedy show , i will attend on it~!

  • Hey there, definitely going to come to Canada some day to perform :) I look forward to that day!! :D

    Thanks for your support!

  • i'll definitly come watch you if u perform in canada! you are so funny ^^

  • Ahaha really appreciate your support!

  • Great work, Pal.

  • Hahaha say gway loh :x

  • you're english is really good. why don't you have a typical chinglish or indian accent?

  • Ah, a lot of American shows on TV probably explains it. :)

  • hello there a-cha!

your damn funny, good stuff man.

  • I thought it was great to see real standup comedy happening in HK, too bad I couldn't see something like this when I was actually living there (which is not that long ago)! At least my kids, who are truly ABCs (I count as one, too), they showed me this video before my friend in HK did! Now my boys are inspired to pick up their Cantonese again! Many thanks and keep up the good work - maybe we will get you here in SFO one day! hoooo yeaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!

  • Wow, it'd be great if your kids properly pick up their cantonese and one day come to my shows and I ask if there are any ABC's and they raise their hands but speak in perfect Cantonese! :D

I really do hope to come down to San Fransisco :)

  • brilliant stuff Vivek

  • Ahaha, yea I know...
