LoL, I just showed your videos to my parents and my dad thinks you are hilarious. My mom made a face, probably b/c she also pronounces it "accuse me."

Also, I thought "ah cha" referred to dark people, not just Indian. I'm ABC so the usage may have mutated a bit. My aunt refers to her son's Brazilian friend as "cha jai" but he is very obviously not Indian.

I thought it was great to see real standup comedy happening in HK, too bad I couldn't see something like this when I was actually living there (which is not that long ago)! At least my kids, who are truly ABCs (I count as one, too), they showed me this video before my friend in HK did! Now my boys are inspired to pick up their Cantonese again!
