  • @XxBulletXPtoofxX Yeah that's a pretty good setup;)! Why posting it here? Feel like bragging? lol

  • @Scrata i posting it here because i dont know are this setup is good and i wont to tell me someone before i order it

  • @XxBulletXPtoofxX Oke, it is a good setup!

  • @XxBulletXPtoofxX

Assuming you have the cash, you should go for an SSD instead of an HHD. Or keep both of them and install your OS on your SSD.

  • what is the processor ?

  • @XxBulletXPtoofxX ouu sorry i saw

  • Is it quiet?

  • @DeLiri0us2Be Yeah it's fairly quiet ;)

  • um uaaa um uaaaaa ummm uaaaa ummmm uaaaa

  • thinking of getting this card and a 850 watt psu by corsair

i already have a big tower and i think next year i will upgrade to intel

because i got an amd phenom || x4 so

  • @jkmyagoo Corsair 850W power supply can handle 2 HD 6970's ;D depends what you're going to do, but you'd do well with 650W Corsair if you don't plan to get 2nd 6970. In benchmarks HD 6990 system used about 580W max on full load at max. So you'd run your system fairly easy with quality 650W power supply. I have in fact seen 2x HD 6970's and i7 2600K @ 5GHz running on Corsair AX750W just fine :) Corsair's PSU's are way different level than Huntkey's. Hopefully this helped.

  • Great review man !

  • The ASUS 6970 also has Super Alloy Power & Voltage Tweak. SAP 15% performance boost, 30*C cooler, and Voltage Tweak increasing speeds by up to 50%.

Out of all the 6970's I'd have to say this card is the best. In fact I've got this on order. XFX, MSI, ASUS are great. Just so happens ASUS takes the 6970 home.

  • the The Witcher 2 is not a orginal Disc its a free download bec i got BFBC2 free download and i got the same error but when i buy it from steam there no error in game and no frezz screen thats all :)

  • All the games were played on the highest specs! Only The Witcher 2 wasn't played on the highest settings, if you wan't to know why; WATCH THE VIDEO

    Why ?!

  • @skyline826 Beceause it would decrease my fps to much! :) I just realize that that's pretty obvious so i will get that out of the description lol.

  • @Scrata i tell that bec HD6970 is awsome graphic card just like gtx580

  • I think I am getting one of these with my BF 3 computer upgrade.

  • @Xare420 It'll be difficult to MAX BF3 completely, DICE even said so. However! This card shouldn't have any trouble running BF3 at 1080p High settings.

GTX 560 Ti, 6970, 570 are the sweet spots people are going for. I personally can't wait to get my hands on my ASUS 6970 ^_^ I plan to CrossFire in a few months.

  • @Downsider24 :) I'm waiting untill i have enough money and then i will upgrade my pc entirely :)

This card is a serious beast though !

  • @Xare420

    Reccomended for BF3 - HD6950+

I highly doubt a single HD6970 would be able to max @1080 =(

Deepends how well optimised BF3 is for AMD GPU's i guess, one can only hope?

  • Hey, you seem like the guy that really knows his shit. I have the money for both this and a MSI GeForce GTX 570 OC 1280MB Twin Frozr III. My first choice was the MSI one, just because of the Nvidia features. But something that concerned me was that my motherboard is an AM3 socket. And people have been telling me that it's not worth buying an Nvidia-based GPU for an AMD-based MB. And I've also been told that there's some issues with compatibility between the two.

  • @Legojogge It is true that there are some compatibility isues. If you have the money and you are sure you wan't to spend it AND take the risk of the gtx not working properly, i would buy the gtx. But if it were me i would buy the 6970 beceause then i'm sure i have something that works great and doesn't fail! :)

  • So what do you recomend...ive got the cash for a 6970 or should i save a bit more and buy a gtx 580

  • @tubewayarmy2005 if i was you i would buy a GTX 570.. recommended or this HD 6970 they perform about the same but the HD 6970 is about a I recommend them both... but dont get a reference Stock GPU cooler... they are LOUD while the GTX 570 you wont hear that fan ramping up

  • @tubewayarmy2005 i would recommend getting the 6970 cause there isn't really that big of a difference between the two, except for the money :). The 6970 simply rocks!

  • Very nice Thankyou
