  • Also, if grains like rice were truly a problem, then things like obesity, type 2 diabetes epidemic, or whatever diseases those low-carbohydrate, primal/paleolithic people say, would have happened 4,000+ years ago, when humans started eating grains. But these diseases attributed to grain consumption have only appeared since the last few decades, not the past several thousand years.

  • Some of the paleolithic/primal followers say that before going primal, they had been eating grains in their diets, and despite exercising so hard, they just couldn't burn off the fat until the changed to primal. They blame grains for the problem

The average amount of rice consumed in Burma is 200 kg/year/person. Obesity and type 2 diabetes is not an epidemic there, and there is no doubt that these people have tremendous physical activity daily.

  • @sabby123456789 But are Burmese people thin, you didn't say.

  • @MushroomedAnymore Most of them are thin. The ones who are overweight or obese are the ones who are very wealthy or government officials.

  • GO VEGAN YEAH!!!!!!!

  • THANKS SO MUCH!
