I believe Indie is getting to the point where it has sub genres mainly because it never really started out as a type of music but as a type of underground label that would sign an unknown band hence the independent label. I almost feel as though I would list lykke li under "indie dance" because it falls on a 4/4 and is very danceable kinda like block party. Within the next year she will be huge in the clubs. Just listen to the AutoErotique Bootleg Remix of Just A Little Bit!! It Rocks!

You know what, I retract that statement because I believe Lykke just makes good music. Like she said. That should be a new genre because sometimes when people label artist, it's just putting more walls and barriers around it so less people would enjoy it. I'm happy because it's like in the internet age you start to see more true artist and not just copy & paste. I hope the record companies burn and artists can just get there music out there and we buy.
