Drums and Guns was OK, but not their best. I don't mind their new style (Great Destroyer was awesome), but there were several mediocre tracks on D&G, the songwriting was not as strong.

i disagree, i think that drums and guns is a logical, beautiful step from what they did in the 90s/early 2000s. low never keeps their sound stagnant, regardless of how slow they are.

Are you kidding me? It's not a real Belarus at all! Why is it always the same? Why are all videos about Belarus so gloom? Real Belarus is very, very beautiful, peaceful country, with very friendly people and our just the best in the world. Please remember one thing: don't make up your mind on anything without seeing it by yourself. Because it is always possible to find negative sides in everything. I've grown up in Belarus and believe me its one of the best countries in the world to grow up in.

I honestly don't understand why you think this video is gloomy, or negative towards your country.

One of the things I get from the video is the connection people across the world have, in dealing with a post-industrial world.

Terrific song and great to see the shots of Lake Superior in Duluth, MN. I got my degree from UMD (Alan's alma mater) and spent the coldest winters of my life there.

What a beautiful song!!! I come from Minsk, Belarus and haven't been home for over 4 years.... i couldn't possibly miss my motherland more. This song makes me sooo homesick and proud of my Land. I'm amazed at how good they picked the main character - Belarus has some good cross country skiers. The authors got me tricked there, i really believed it was Belarus!!! Thank you, guys!!!
