I agree with rick72833, they did not make the proper relief cuts and that would cause the car to move and shake. Having a patient with possible spinal injuries in the car while you are shaking it is never good. We usually pop all four tires just so there cannot be an unexpected blowout.
Should have two relief cuts on the "A" pillars....you're moving the whole car. Can't tell it in the video, but there should also be relief cuts on the front quarters above the tires....can use the jaws for a fender crush and then speedway cutters for the cuts....watch for the shocks or struts!
