hi i just got a t-rex 500 kit i was going to put a flybarless on it would this be good for some one with out that much exp..i fly 450 helis so if you could let me know before i get one i would be thank full

When I set the travel adjustments for ail and ele, do I move the stick full in both directions? You only went foward on "ele" and right on "ail". Also when you held it "ele" it was still blinking when u let it go, and it stopped blinking when u let "ail" go. Please help I dont want to wreck this thing

This video was very thorough and informative but Bert left out important information (being that he is an Align sponsored pilot) that there would be a MASS DUMPING OF THESE UNITS SHORTLY AFTER THIS VIDEO WAS RELEASED! Too late for me after I paid over $300.00 for just the 3G system. Nor did he mention that Align was working on a 3GX upgrade for us poor suckers who paid full price for the old unit. Thanks

Make sure if turns anticlockwise though - or it will cost you

hey bert, i just set up a friends 3g and it isolates bad, lower gain and still did nothing to help, i can hit the elevator hard and the heli wont stop isolating tilll i land its really bad, what would i need to do now, since lowering and raising gain didnt help ?? thanks Bert

Correct me if i'm wrong. but if i move aileron to the left isn't the swash plate going to tilt down left as well. or is it oposite on the FBL system

@pofrani I'm a beginer and I got the 500 3G kit and I love it. It's very stable and easy to fly.

it will cost more upfront but there is less the break and fix after a crash

youll get more flight time and the heli will handle wind like a much bigger bird

I did't it step by step 5times but still my trex 500 will tilt over wen i slowly take off,,, can i only pop it up fast in to the air??? Grttzzz

@rootsoase1982 Almost every heli will slightly drift (usually to the left) but if it rolls over into a blade strike then double check your red/green led in the set up for aileron. Some require it one way or the other.

@ladieman050893 it is and it isnt the whole point of a fly bar is to correct the movement of the blades and without a flybar it would be so hard to control so the gyro's replace the flybar

yes it does, its a 3 axis so you can sale your tail gyro to help with cost on this new unit.

No it wont, you still need to be skilled at flying.
