you have gorgeous hair! i loved this video! but just an idea of something you could try, instead of separating each curl, you should try leaving them how they are when they come out of the curlers. :) i think it would be a MUCH better outcome! :):)

The Apostolic religion is Christian, and we follow all of what the Bible says in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, and how we identify with Him in repenting, baptism in His name, and the Holy Ghost. To answer your question, Apostolic women do not cut their hair because of what 1 Cor. 11: 1-16 says: women should keep their hair uncut because our hair is our covering, our glory, and the angels give us power! :) I hope I helped!

@GodLovesUS316 It isn't just for Apostolic women but all women who are saved and refer to themselves as followers of Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible. Unfortunately it isn't taught in churches much depending on where you go. :( The whole word of God must be preached and taught.

The intent of this video is to help other Apostolic girls get ideas on how to do their hair. I only call it Apostolic so that people who are searching for true long hair videos won't have to wade through a lot of unhelpful vids to find what they need. Anyone else is welcome to watch and get ideas too, but the intent was for Apostolic girls. :)

upc and pentecostal and apostolic are the same things:) just because you're apostolic doesn't mean you don't believe in watching tv. some people just believe that it takes up too much time from reading the Bible or doing other Godly things:)!

Ands its because in the bible it talks about not putting evil in front of your eyes and with the stuff on the world today its pretty much all evil.!

upc and pentecostal are not necessarily the same thing when it comes to "standards" Some apostolics have come to find that we are not convicted of some things. When I was a teen many of the so called "standards" were shoved down my throat and later in life I come to realize what was shoved and what was in my heart were two different things. One can believe in the apostolic way, one God etc. but still cut their hair, where pants and jewelery and still love the Lord and serve Him!

pentecostal and upc are the same thing. and just because you're upc or pentecostal or apostolic which ever one you want, doesn't mean that you don't believe in watching tv. some apostolics don't like watching it because of the shows or because it takes up too much time from reading the Bible or doing other Godly things.

To everyone who wants to know; I use Remington hair rollers from wal-mart. They cost around $25 with tax. I like them because they get VERY hot and they have a velvety feel to them which keeps them from falling out.

Someone might have already asked this and I just didn't see it but what kind of curlers are you using? I have these plastic ones that you clip on but they don't work very well. The curls never stay. It looks like your hair is a lot like mine. hard to curl. lol So if those work on your hair I'm hoping they might work on mine! Thanks! By the way, your hair is gorgeous! God Bless! :)

Hi sweetie.. Gorgeous hair. Just a tip I learned on another tutorial is when you use the hot sticks on the back (or anywhere) that you put perm papers on the ends and it keeps them from frizzing at all. It works really well. Just thought it might help a bit :) God Bless!
