Love this banner. I am using the same owl for a banner for my daughter's 1st birthday party tomorrow! I'm so excited. How did you hang it!? @jonahsmama I taped the banner up with thick tape, because I too, could not put holes on the wall.

What a beautiful banner!!! I am also a big fan of the owl and use one in so much of my crafts. I am also in the process of making a banner for my mom's 70th birthday and you are so right, they are a lot of work, but so worth every minute. Thank you so much for sharing.

@iRosko96 No, the shapes don't come pre-made. The oval shape I cut out with an extra large Sissix die, and the letters I cut out with my Cricut machine. I'm sure you can cut both with the Cricut, if you have the pertaining cartridges. Hope that helps a bit!

@scrapstress Yes, I can definitely use it for more than one year. I can chance the owls for something else, since the letters can just slide out :o) I saved it after we were done and it did not get ruined (just a little chocolate on part of the ribbon haha!

@orchidslilys I cut the owls at 5 and a half. The letters I cut a 2 and a half. The rest I cut with a Sizzix XL die. Hope that helps!
