This video basically says that after he was released from jail, he was angry at all the people supposedly involved in the Illuminati theory. It refers to Dr. Dre as one of Tupac's enemies. What I don't understand is how come Dr. Dre is an enemy considering the latter and Tupac released a massively successful single together in 1995, that being "California Love".
