  • i only saw 5.23gb just saying did i miss it

  • Interesting! 8U whoa

  • 11 Crucial M4 SSD's for that read, and for write's and read's about 15 OCZ Vertex 3 I think

  • @bjuszczak6

Ya becauase Crucial M4 SSD's and 15 OCZ Vertex 3, where totaly out in 28 Jul 2009, Some ppl are noobs nuff said.

  • @PeaceandUnityClan sorry never meant it that way, I mean like now you could do it with much less drives, not back when this video was made...

  • But worse 4k rates :(

  • 96TB of porn....

  • can i borrow those speeds :D

  • one day internet speed will be just like this and were say woow! that was tooo big for that speed

  • Ok, this is bullshit. A Megabyte is commonly expressed as "MB", both letters being capitalized. A Megbit is expressed as "Mb". Notice the lower case b.

  • iops?

  • Now put that into a real machine like my mac. :D

  • @1djrapalje Or even better, a Linux...

  • @seanbck310

have you ever used a raid 0 array in windows? i bet not, my throughput / iops is so high on just 2 x250drives and 4 gigs ram that it only takes a few minutes. you sir really need to get an education or some real hands on experience

  • @seanbck310 WHAT PLANET THE FUCK ARE YOU FROM? 99.999% of all enterprise environments and setups is based on the best i/o best redundancy and best reliability, them fast drives u don't want or care are called SAS drives and its all whats used in professional environments.

Now go play with your budget consumer grade cheap ass hardware and slow as hell SATA drives my friend u will never manage enterprise setups because your education and rhetorics sounds like shit.

Bet you only know fake raid...

  • @aarontheghoul666 this seanbck310 talks crap, let him tell the operators of all those data centers that he don't care about SAS and how fast drives are, bet they spit in his face, let the kid play with his fake raid and cheapest ass unreliable SATA drives he bought second hand from ebay.

  • @aarontheghoul666 Great A grade education this fella has, bet the kiddo still runs a P3 with PATA drives that explains why he doesn't give a rats ass about how fast drives are, and never heard of SAS, he's still in the Small Computer System Interface 1 era...

  • @mlgprojoey Ever heard joke?

  • The pointer points at 10. But the speed ist 4,8.

    Plz fix that.

  • @ViperTr99 the pointer only goes to 100 (10x10), the value is at 4800, so it will stick at max. In the end you see that they have changed the multiplier to x1000.

  • DAMN 96 TB!!! I am a recording engineer... Hell if I had one of these, I could set it up as the ultimate Hard disk recording system...

  • dam. how many porn movies are you going to burn?

  • alguien sabe como se llama el tema musical de este video????

  • This song is like the new rick roll...

  • @WeAreTwoDoorsDown

yeah it sounds like it...first it was that stupid track from Sound System now THIS?

  • now that is gonna host a pretty awesome porn site

  • @00:04, the dude on the right has a baloon head. :-D

  • Yeah ship one of those of to me man! Would like one!

  • This is what I call perfect home server! ))

  • the sound is Groove Cutter - My Shooter..

    look under the view counter!!!

  • nice :)

  • Now try that with SSD drives

  • @MrVijfhoek Solid State Drives Drives?

  • @Crazyrat84 Hehe, SSDs then :3

  • @MrVijfhoek or better yet Tapes

  • @GMSamuelRhine Nah, that's a bit too expensive :P

  • @MrVijfhoek XD how fast are the transfer rates on tape though?

  • @GMSamuelRhine Depends on which tape and which device you are using, don't know the exact speed though. I think I once saw one with 300 GB/s. Could be 3GB/s or 30GB/s too, but I'm sure it was in GB/s, and not MB/s, Mb/s or Gb/s.

  • @MrVijfhoek wow thats amazing. ill look into that

  • @MrVijfhoek Ever heard bottleneck?

  • @MrVijfhoek Wouldnt be faster if you consider the PCIe Bandwith.

  • @MrVijfhoek if u can get that i bet those hard drivers run faster then a ssd but they prob pul a unreasonable amount of power and require alot cooling

  • Bare-metal server recovery in seconds, nice.... sucks that most network transfer speeds are limited to 10Gbps... XD

So for this you would need at least a port/fibrechannel (LACP trunk) of 5x 10Gbps links :)

  • you can install wow in under 10 sec

  • @justinupsm haha damn nerd!!! ;)

  • @justinupsm lol na waw would still take the piss

  • @justinupsm What's even better is that you can WIPE it in less than one second :D

  • [Evil Grin] The infinite porn storage unit...

  • fucking nice^^

  • I can use that as my DDR II ram its faster :P

  • What's the song?

  • give me a copy of this!

  • That's faster than those solid speed ones, take that solid state.

  • very nice !

  • Song is way too overused.

  • @GarrettBMXes Can you tell me the name of the song? thx

  • @MacOSTutorials Dude, look up and read. "Groove Cutter - "My Shooter" (Long Edit)

    "

  • @GarrettBMXes Didn't know that I have to click on the arrow over the counter ;). But thx anyways.

  • Very cool. What's the case thas housing the hdds and what's inside of it please
