You have to think that this particular round is screwing with all of us. All the polls say no one wants the crap they are trying to pass. I'm going to give a little here and say I think there are good people on both sides but right now the healthcare bill is not going to be good for any of us. I think good honest healthy debate brings out the best of us. Why would anyone hide behind closed doors?

I want Obama to be a good man. I want him to do good for this country. I do not believe that he is doing good for us. I believe he is trying. I guess that is the best I can say of him.

I like Palin because she seems to think like I do when it comes to seeking to do good. No one has a lock on that. No one is perfect in this world. The best we can hope for is that the folks we elect are sincere in trying to get the best or highest good for all.

Leave Sarah Palin alone, if only to make Obama have to be better. Steel sharpens Steel. If you lower the bar on the competition, you only weaken your own team.

You should find the good in every person and in their ideas. Then you should compare and contrast. Take what is good and insist that your side either adopt it or defend their reasons for not accepting it.

Obama clearly promised transparency, hope, and change. For the sake of the highest honor and the higest good for all, hold him to that!
