I'm having such a difficult time making leaves. My paper will have a lovely piece of bamboo nice branches and ink blots for the leaves. I'm trying hard to gently use the brush but I can't seem to press gently and lift. Any advice?

Those leaves always give me such a hard time! Thank you for explaining the relationship between the brush stroke and the shape of the leaf. It was really helpful

@dudleyc89 Don't be serious. Think it is just a piece of paper. What's the harm if you waste a few sheets.
