I didn't go to UNC, but I have great respect for their sports programs and the school. IMHO, UNC is the #1 sleeping giant in College Football right now. Although Miami is an easy sell for talent, Butch proved his recruiting abilities there! He recruited the players for the 2000, 2001, and 2002 teams. In 2000, Miami got robbed by not being invited to the title game. In 2001, they won the title with 1 of the best teams ever. And, in 2002, they lost to OSU in O.T. in the title game. Wow!

No, I am 31 years-old! And UNC will be back! I will admit though that N.C. State is the alma mater of David Thompson, the greatest player ever in the ACC and a Top 5 player of all time in College Basketball.

nick,my ignorant little friend,Carolina has a long solid reputation of having good football teams...AND unlike some they actually do it and graduate their players...but besides all that,we just hired a real football coach in butch davis...give us 2-3 years and we will be up there with the rest of them...ooo and btw when mack brown was here a few yrs back...unc was a top 5 program.

Ney...that was all the feedback crap...a real stadium pulse = USF VS. Louisville this past season, I was there. My friend Jeff ran on the field after USF won, then he got tasered...it was a great night.
