First say Oum for thre times to challege Godly strength inside you by taking deep breath inside. Then there is Gayatri Mantra, fallowed by different Strotras, text for which you can found online anywhere in google search easily. You can add your own prayers too if you would like, whatever if they can make you feel connect with that internal energy.
