A new financial reform bill titled "Inclusion of Minorities and Women; Diversity in Agency Workforce" requires each federal financial agency, the Fed Board of Governors and the 12 regional Fed banks to "establish an Office of Minority and Women Inclusion" with the purpose of ordering regulators to allocate credit by race and gender.

Thank u so much for posting this, I watched most of the hearing but I missed getting Mica's name, however I did watch his behavior- it was horrendous..not only rude and disrespectful to the people he was talking to, but also to his own Congress, Speaker included. He interupted the speaker about 5 times, then left- did not stick around to hear what the individuals who can help us go into the future had to say

John Mica made himself look like an ass. Henry Waxman made him look like an idiot just by stating the facts. Freddy and Fannie contributed to 2.9% of overall subprime morgages.
