My hack has a level that forces you to do the double Yoshi glitch, but not the portion where Mario looks like he's driving an invisible car, and you need to teleport through the ceiling.
I've seen this glitch before, though I never really experimented with it much. I'm curious to see if it could make let Mario walk on lava slopes, since Yoshi can already stand on them. It would let us break Item Abuse even more than we already have!
Actually, if I remember correctly, baseballs still hurt you/knock you off the Yoshi. I can't say I know for sure though, since I had tested this glitch about a year ago and am too lazy to find the old test ROM.

by the way, this also works when you jump on the 1st yshi while the 2nd is still spawning. it works the same, but you can spinjump off of it, too.

Yes, you get a visible Yoshi in the overworld if you finish the level invincible like that.

I haven't tested it, but you would probably win the level and be with Yoshi on the overworld.
