  • This movie is brilliant!

  • This slow motion sequence with the boys playing football with the priest there reminds me of a similar scene in Almodovars " Bad Education "

  • for some reason i keep seeing homer simpson

  • Completely baffling film making, excellent.

  • soggetto e sceneggiatura F A N T A S T I C I

  • I love the flesh ripping sound FX, gonna definitely seek out this movie on DVD.

  • Can you imagine this movie out in a religius nation like1972 Italy? You have to see these movies by those years eyes my friends.Fulci was a great. He created a style long before the 80's American splatter explosion. He made movies with no-money budget.Odiens compared him and Argento but for me he dared more than Dario. This movie in particular is wonderfull. The sad thing is that he's completely forgot in Italy (except for cultors)while Tarantino loves him....Strange world.

  • @ciurlandon Yes. David Lynch was right. "It's a strange world".

I just bought the Don't Torture a Duckling Fan Edition with Italian language audio. It will be interesting to see this in Italian. Of all the 37 Fulci films I've seen I only own 14 of them. But soon I will own 17 of them..

  • @StefPhoenixOoORising Hello i dont know if it helps you but you can get loads of great fulci films downloaded from "the pirate bay" i found this, the 3 zombie movies he did sweet house of horrors and cat in the brain on there all in english language.

  • This scene sadly is silly but this is one of the best giallos ever.

  • This was a very good giallo.

but that dummy looks just silly:)

  • @standardbearer it's a film from 1972!

  • This ending with the falling "cyborg" priest is a real disgrace for the whole movie, which is really good. It could not have been very difficult to get rid of the sparks with hand coloring a negative for the scene and use it in the original copy, but obviously the producers didn't really care.

  • @Stroheim333 Its a film you know its a film if you want reality it doesnt make the film any less beautiful. I suggest if you want reality that you exit your room and go out into it. I have a feel you dont do that enough,

  • @Silvertrine

That is a really silly reply. We all know there are good FXs and bad FXs, and this is obviously a bad FX. It is a very simple problem.

  • Fulci used the cliff scraping sequence at the beginning of "Seven Notes In Black" only with a woman, not a man.

  • The music made that ending sort of bittersweet, if it weren't for that serious nose-dive off a cliff.

  • A LO MEJOR TENIA UNA PLACA METÁLICA EN EL CRÁNEO, POR ESO ESTABA TAN LOCO.

  • What the priest raped the kids in this movie ? How can something like this even exist...O.o

  • it does.

  • @leosztlak As far as I remember he murdered them, not raped them.

  • Terrific movie. Its up there in Italian Horror and its a sensational classic. Praise goes to Lucio Lulci.

  • Gotta love italien horror film music :D

  • I didn't know that human beings create sparks when they fall off a cliff!

  • Comment removed

  • maybe if a bone violently hits a rock this can happen. But I have never tried myself. :0)

  • I'm telling you, he's a cyborg!!!!

    XD

  • Ha ha, a priest sent back in time to terminate John Conner!

  • @237th è un film del lontano 1972! il creatore del "cyborg" è carlo rambaldi il creatore del costume di alien e di e.t.! gli effetti speciali sono visibili oggi ma all'epoca erano molto gore!

  • the new Priest model, from Cyberdine!

  • quella brutta fine la farei fare a tutti quei preti pedofili del cazzo!

  • The 'murdering' was allegory for something more terrible.

  • che scena!

  • Tha music dey use , for horror films, priceless, lofl! OH dose Italians!

  • I don't get your point.

  • LOL!

  • Oh man you know that is a dummy.

  • Really?!?! With such a life like expression on the thing's face how could you tell ?!?! I thought they used CGI back in 1972! I love how the rocks spark every time they sear a chunk of flesh off. Regardless this has certainly compelled me to check out this film.

  • yikes!,what a way to go,i hope he was a villain.

  • He was a priest that was murdering small boys. So yeah... he was a villain.

  • this movie is awesome.thanks youtube for ruining the ending.

  • typical dirty old priest !

  • he wasn't dirty.

  • Did Ennio Morricone do the score?

  • no Riz Ortolani did the music.

  • Thank you.

  • im sure he survived

  • jajajajaaja

  • axaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxa

  • Why that old woman so said when the priest is start falling? :O

  • I think he was her son.

  • She was his mother. Famous Greek actress Irene papas plays the role.

  • Hey I wanna see some free giallo movies onyoutube...You guys know any?

    I only know TOEMAS

  • ive got full zombie flesh eaters in my favs go chek

  • Wonderful

  • Father Flanagan tries a radical new method of dermabrasion!

  • this is so goddamn amazing! I laughed so hard when I saw the ending the first time. it's like Fulci thought there wasn't enough gore in the movie and decided to make everything good in the last scene.

  • the strange thing, though, is that this is not a bad scene. it's a BIT over the top and pretty bizarre with the cheesy music and the sentimentality mixed with the gore, but it's still a very good movie ending that really sticks to your mind.

  • hahahaha what a flight! and the music!

    hahaha

  • This is one of the best movie endings ever! I find the sappy music and sugary voice over actually turns the film away from a horror flick into a really thought provoking drama.

  • hahaha, a few seconds i thought the falling priest will hit the ball with his head...

  • Don't torture a duckling! Or your face will make sparks as it gets torn off by a cliff.

  • hahaha

  • loooooooool

  • The thing that really gets me in old 70s 80s horror films is that they play sweet nice music at scary, nasty, horrible scenes. It would always give me chills.

  • I agree..he reminds me of Cillian Murphy

  • With a priest this cute I´d be glad to confess my sins...

  • i don´t know the movie! but after i had seen the ending, i have to watch it as soon as possible..... LOL

  • LOL at the sparks

was the rest of the movie as gory as this

  • I haven't seen this movie. Fulci films are like dreams..projected upon the screen. MMM weird dreams by the way.

  • what was this movie about.

  • A priest kills young boys in an italian village in order to prevent them to get to know sin when they grow up. This movie almost put an end to Fulci's career with the Catholic Church becoming furious.

  • hahahhahahah. fucking pedaphile priest! Classic Fulci!! Fucked up, and injected with proper justice at the same time. Pure genius. And the background music just sets the tone. hahahahha

  • LOL @ priest having a chuck of his face taken off by the cliff!

    God I LOVE Fulci movies!

  • ohhh so the priest was the killer...i never watched the end of this movie

  • lol, facelift

  • lol

  • dude that was the funniest shit ever!!!

  • LoL.You gotta love the music when he's falling and scraping his face against the cliff.

  • Okay, it's pretty funny :P But, this wasn't ment to be a comedy was it?

  • Well, they said that this movie was the precursor to the other bloody movies he was to make. They're might have not been a "Zombi 2" if they're wasn't such a scene. XP

  • Fucking nasty shit, homo priest got owned.

  • This film is obviously about a pedophile priest. Let the punishment fit the crime, Fulci does this justice with this sequence.

  • In every ones opion, Who is the king of blood Fulci or Argento? And I'm not sliming them I both love thier work and I just want to see how many people say Argento and How many say Fulci I know there is going to be some sort of a argument.

  • LOL and the rocky cliff wins by a nose!

  • Nice.

  • XD Nice!

  • I'd love to see the whole movie uploaded.

  • It's a great movie.

  • PADRE pedofilio

  • I can see the jealousy that spawns from his power, Hail.

  • capolavoro assoluto!!!

  • Me and my bud always joked that Lucio had such amazing FX long before CGI and such. We always said he picked up hitchhikers and said he'd pay them to be in his movie, kill them, and video tape it in the movie. Those FX in this and in Zombie and many others are breathtaking, in a artistic way

  • A celebration of male homosexuality.

  • What a great scene!!!

  • VERY COOL!

  • BEUTIFUL

  • lol his face made sparks!

  • lol yeh

  • whats story this movie?
