@leo24593 Dont worry stretch on a regular basis and exceed your limit on how high you kick every time! it works.. :D Good luck <3

Awesome!!!:)...your kickline was awesome!!..the only peron that qot my attention in the kickline was the center qirl(the one with the hiqest kicks..XD)..you have some hiqh kicks!!!Excellent!!:)
