  • Wow, This Was great, Thankyou very Much! Did you record this on tape when it came out?

  • Dean was my favorite vocalist at the time, and pretty much to this day (I'm 56, and have played in blues bands for years). Dean had such a relaxed, carefree voice, but so in tune, and don't get me going on a cigarette in one hand, a martini in the other.

Dean was the epitome of "cool".

  • Wow typical racist!! The italians were discriminated against at ellis island in the early 1900's, as well as put in concentration camps during WWII. These guys were great performers and realized how they got treated, and gave sammy a shot and he headlined with them. I didn't see any other nationality give them a chance, beside the white irish and english and welsh who enslaved and abused them! It's funny but the jewish people have been abused from biblical times, and the asian were in camps too!

  • The last guy sounded like Casey Kasem.

  • @StraightTwoDVD frank but not dean

  • @MrWaynejohn For sure. Frank liked to think of himself as a "made man" of the mob. Of course, he never even got close. He hung around with Mob bosses, but he was controlled by them, not the other way around. Frank was a "wannabe". He was a great vocalist, but he definitely wasn't the greatest.

Ok, forward your "You don't like Frank Sinatra you fucking Communist" to me at Dogheadj@aol.com.

  • priceless stuff! wish we had one of their shows on here! miss them alll!!!!

  • fantastic to see them together, i think sammy died 2 years later.

  • This is a great post! Thank you!
