Came back home for New Years Eve. Turned on the radio, the same old songs, clinging onto (imaginary) parteners for their plastic and stale "love", left disappointed.

Turned on the TV, the same old songs and yet much worse because I could now actually see the singers. Flashy suits and revealing tanktops, devoid of any substance. Both my eyes and ears were bleeding.

Then I turned this on.

Even after a year, this song is still fresh, soothing and nourishing.

Well, as a drummer, you might know better, I only know a little theory. :·) I just find the nervous blinking of the stereo kinda strange, that's why I thought he might have recorded it slower and played back faster for the vid. And with the 10 fps or whatever low framerate youtube has, I figure it wouldn't really be noticable for the fast strikes on a drum kit. And I guess not even David would have been born a drummer.
