would you like to know why BRAZIL won that contest even she dont have a concrete answer at that time? Because the former Ms.EARTH 2004(Ms.BRAZIL) Priscilla Meirelles is one of the judges and she was the chairman of the board at the same time.

Miss Air: Poland

Miss Water: Spain

Miss Fire: Venezuela/Brazil

Miss Philippines is the real winner based on everything.. gown, swimsuit and the question and answer portion... but out of respect as the host pageant and organizer, Miss Philippines was just placed second to Brazil. The orginizers are avoiding a back to back win for Miss Philippines in Miss Earth 2008 and Miss Earth 2009 beacause Miss Universe 2009 had a negative impact for the back to back win of Venezuela.

Lutong macao palagi pag Pinas ang host...Miss Philippines always get to the top 10 even she's so ugly. Last year's winner was in question among candidates. Let's be fair people, stop cooking the result of this show so that other candidates dont feel they've been cheated.
