Thanks for this video. I have been given a book called "a Butlers Guide to Table Manners" as a bit of a joke.

Anyway, in the book there is a explanation of how to 'create' a Bishops Mitre. The explanation consists of 6 one dimensional pictures with a very brief explanation!! So I gave up after trying off and on for 5 days....youtube to the rescue : )
