THE MAJORITY OF TUDOR CITY RESIDENTS DON'T WANT A PUBLIC PLAZA IN THE 43RD STREET CUL DE SAC!!! We already have 7 parks, in a 1 block radius. Noise from a public plaza will disturb tenants of 4 or more surrounding bldgs who already deal w/ Ralph Bunche park protestors echo. 3 buildings need to pull in there for deliveries/ moving to their freight entrances . Garbage has always been disposed of there without problem. The high wind there won't allow an art show, which we already have elsewhere!
